Original Art
Once the payment is received you will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours. If the painting is held in stock, it will be shipped within 15 days. If the order can’t be fulfilled, you will receive a refund immediately. If the order needs to be framed, taken off the stretcher frame you will receive a time frame prior to your purchase.
If the painting needs to be produced such as a commission, you will receive a time frame depending on your request. As if you need a portal from a special place I will need to go there even if not physically. Please note every time frame as an estimate as I work with energies of place and in the physical realm it depends on the suppliers.
Shipping
Shipping is only to the registered billing address on card used to make payment. If you prefer to collect, please contact to arrange the sale directly.
Delivery
For Uk deliveries. Smaller work will be shipped with Royal Mail/ Parcel Force orFedEx. For larger works designated art couriers such as artist with transit van as I like the personal connection with people and art. This depends of course on availability. Otherwise, art couriers such as 3cLanes or Aardvark. Depending on size I will use crates and professional packers which will increase the cost.
If shipping out of Uk there may be duties, you may have to pay.
For the UK and `European countries you are entitled to return goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the shipping. It must arrive undamaged. I process refunds within 14 days. The total amount will exclude shipping fees and credit card processing fees. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged or not as described. They must be made within 7 days of receipt of the artwork.
Giclée fine art prints
Gliclée prints are high end art print on sustainable paper such as Hahnemühle German Etching or Bamboo with an archival life of 80 years, excellent lightfastness and true to colour reproduction. I collaborate with a print studio in London as well as Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times can vary based on the shipping destination and the specific service selected. For example, UK orders may arrive within 1-3 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 24, while international orders, particularly express courier options, can arrive in as little as 3 days.
